PBA Veteran Lee Praises Rising Shine Rookie of ROS to Embrace the Spotlight
Rain or Come Shine Adrian Nocum, a rookie with Elasto Painters, is causing a stir in the PBA by putting up outstanding performances on the court. Coach Yeng Guiao is giving the team’s young players, including Keith Datu, a lot of playing time, and Nocum is starting to show himself as a possible vital player for the Elasto Painters.
In his PBA debut, Nocum made an instant impression on the San Miguel Beermen, putting up 12 points, three rebounds, and one assist. This impressive beginning suggested that he might compete with more experienced players. After that, Nocum scored 14 points and pulled down three rebounds to play a crucial part in Rain or Shine’s historic victory over the Blackwater Bossing.
Even while Nocum’s most recent effort in a win over the Magnolia Hotshots may have been more subdued, seasoned players like Paul Lee have taken note. The Magnolia guard posted a picture of himself with Nocum on Instagram Story along with encouraging comments, writing, “Tuloy-tuloy lang @adriannocum10.” A bright future is ahead of you. Na tamang pwesto ka na, ‘wag mo sayangin ‘yan…”
“Nasa tamang pwesto ka na” may imply many things to different people, but it most likely alludes to Nocum’s present circumstances with Rain or Shine, which Coach Yeng Guiao leads. Guiao, renowned for offering youngsters much playing time, has allowed Nocum to show off his abilities and reach his full potential.
Nocum is now responsible for taking advantage of these chances and developing as a player. If he keeps up his current pace and makes an impression on the floor, he might soon have a great career in the PBA.
