RHENZ ABANDO REPRESENTING PHILIPPINES ON KBL FINALS 2023

In the ongoing Korean Basketball League (KBL) finals, former University of Santo Tomas (UST) Growling Tiger Rhenz Abando will represent the Filipino contingent as his team, the Anyang KGC, faces off against the Seoul SK Knights.

Abando, a member of the UST Tigers team that made it to the UAAP finals in 2019, has been making waves in the KBL with his impressive performances on both ends of the court. In the semifinals against the Incheon ET Land Elephants, Abando showcased his scoring prowess, dropping a career-high 28 points on 10-of-13 shooting.
