BLACKWATER BOSSING TEAM PROFILE
The Blackwater Bossing is a professional basketball team in the Philippines’ top-tier league, the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The group was founded in 2014 and is owned by Ever Bilena Corporation. The team’s home arena is the Ynares Center in Pasig City.
The Blackwater Bossing has yet to win a PBA championship, but they have made the playoffs in each of their first four seasons in the league. The team’s best finish came in the 2017-18 season when they reached the semifinals.
Head coach Ariel Vanguardia leads the Blackwater Bossing. Vanguardia is a former PBA player who has also served as head coach of the San Miguel Beermen and the Meralco Bolts.

ARIEL VANGUARDIA
Ariel Vanguardia is a Filipino professional basketball coach who currently serves as the head coach of the Blackwater Bossing of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He was born on September 29, 1972, in Manila, Philippines. He played college basketball at the University of the East, where he was a member of the UE Red Warriors. The San Miguel Beermen then drafted him in the 1995 PBA draft. He played for the Beermen for ten seasons, winning two championships in 1997 and 1998.
In 2022, Vanguardia was appointed as head coach of the Blackwater Bossing. He led the Bossing to the playoffs in their first season under his leadership.

The Converge FiberXers are a professional basketball team owned by Converge ICT. The team competes in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The franchise began after acquiring the former Alaska Aces franchise on March 23, 2022.
The Converge FiberXers are a young team with a lot of potential. Head coach Aldin Ayo, a proven winner, leads them. The team also has talented players like Jeron Teng and Kevin Racal. The FiberXers will surely be a force to be reckoned with in the PBA in the coming years.
