TNT Defeated Magnolia Hotshots in PBA’s Semis Game 4

TNT Tropang GIGA defeated Magnolia Hotshots 102-84, scoring on Wednesday, August 10, at the SMART Araneta Coliseum to take a commanding 3-1 series lead in their best-of-seven semifinal matchup for the 2022 PBA Philippine Cup.

Williams was held without a goal in the first half by the Hotshots’ solid defensive strategy, which they had employed throughout the semis. Nevertheless, the Tropang Giga won.

However, it enabled Pogoy and Erram the opportunity to step up when necessary.

They are not a one-person team, according to TNT coach Chot Reyes.

“Mikey is a significant member of our team, but he is not the sole member. Huge credit goes to the men who kept stepping up and taking up the fight” according to the current Gilas Pilipinas coach.
